Genesis A. Emery-Foley, Founder of Blueprint Haus Agency, participated in a strategic consulting engagement through the USC Marshall School of Business Executive MBA program, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to evaluate KCRW's donor growth and retention opportunities.
The team conducted audience research, donor behavior analysis, and market assessment to better understand the factors influencing donor acquisition, retention, and engagement. Research findings revealed that transparency, impact communication, and emotional connection were among the most influential drivers of donor support and long-term loyalty.
Based on these insights, Genesis contributed to the development of a comprehensive donor growth strategy that included audience segmentation, messaging refinement, donor lifecycle communications, digital fundraising optimization, and a multi-channel engagement framework designed to support sustainable donor growth and retention.
