Case Study: Loyola University Chicago Black Alumni Board
Our Impact
Loyola University Chicago's Black Alumni Association has successfully secured over $300,000 in scholarship donations and sponsorship support. In addition, the organization has successfully heightened social awareness through the advancement of diversity and inclusion efforts across Loyola's student and alumni community,and furthered the mission of Civil Rights Activist and community leader, Mamie Till-Mobley who stood as a beacon of hope for social justice, unity, and community impact.
Our Role
As the agency entrusted with this project, we played a pivotal role in developing and executing various components of the communications strategy and integrated digital marketing plan. We leveraged our expertise in PR planning, media outreach, media relations, branding, competitive analysis, social media content development, event planning, and partnership outreach to create a vibrant and inclusive platform for the Loyola University Chicago Black Alumni Board.
What We Managed
Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the target audience, including the Black alumni community, to gain insights into their preferences, interests, and needs. Based on this research, we developed detailed communications plans and integrated digital marketing strategies. We coordinated PR planning efforts to showcase the accomplishments and success stories of Black alumni through various media channels. Our agency conducted media outreach and managed media relations to secure positive coverage and raise awareness of the Black alumni community. We also played a key role in branding initiatives, ensuring that the Black Alumni Board's identity aligned with Loyola University Chicago's overall brand image.
Additionally, we conducted a competitive analysis to identify unique opportunities and positioning within the higher education landscape. We developed engaging social media content to foster engagement and interaction among the Black alumni community. Furthermore, we provided event planning support, organizing meaningful and inclusive events that celebrated the achievements of Black alumni and facilitated networking opportunities. Our agency also engaged in partnership outreach to collaborate with other organizations and individuals who shared similar goals and values. Lastly, we utilized creative design to enhance the visual appeal and impact of various communications materials.
Results and Client Outcomes
The impact of the Mamie Till Mobley Scholarship has been nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Black Alumni Board and The Blueprint Haus Agency, the scholarship fund has surpassed its targeted goal, providing invaluable financial support to underrepresented students pursuing higher education at Loyola University Chicago. The scholarship's legacy is one of empowerment, creating a pathway for future generations to break barriers and pursue their dreams without limitations.

Moreover, our collaborative partnership with BAB extended beyond the scholarship initiative. Together, we planned and executed the most successful Alumni event to date, fostering a sense of camaraderie and pride among Loyola's diverse alumni community. The event served as a platform to celebrate the Mamie Till Mobley Scholarship's impact and inspire continued support for the scholarship fund's enduring legacy.
